If you can find the journal on the DOAJ web site you can be reasonably certain that the journal is credible. Of course, you may want to check other things such as the quality of the journal, its impact factor etc. before deciding to submit, but seeing the journal indexed by DOAJ is a positive indicator that the journal is not predatory.
